Many people attempt to find a home on their own, but my assistance goes well beyond newspaper listings and the Internet. I have access to every property currently listed for sale through every real estate agency in York County and the metro-Charlotte area. I have privileged access to an overwhelming quantity of market data to help you make the best choice for your housing needs.
The process begins with an in-depth consultation where I will learn from you all of the specific wants and needs that are most important to you and your choice of a home. I will take that information and do the legwork. I will screen homes and select those that best match your criteria. We will only look at the homes that meet those criteria. Why? Because I understand that the property you purchase will ultimately become your “home.” I know that you are looking for more than just a roof over your head. I am a professional Real Estate Agent. I am educated in the legal aspects of real estate practice and am a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and Sourth Carolina. As such, I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, Charlotte Regional REALTOR® Association, Carolina Multiple Listing Service, Piedmont Multiple Listing Service and abide by a strict Code of Ethics to provide you with the highest level of service. I earn my living by serving the needs of homebuyers and sellers with integrity.
Skilled Service
A large part of my work is performed “behind the scenes;” previewing homes, researching comparable sales, gaining market knowledge, evaluating changing legislations, and maintaining my professional credentials through continuing education. I am constantly acquiring information and honing skills that will help me to better serve you.
How I Am Compensated
I am not paid a traditional salary. I work entirely on commission, which I receive only if I complete a transaction for you. I am compensated only when all of your needs have been satisfied and you take ownership of your new home. All of the services I provide are uncompensated unless you purchase a home with my help. Real estate commissions are traditionally paid out of the proceeds of the sale.
